CAN YOU ADVISE ON WHAT PRODUCTS MAY WORK FOR MY INDUSTRY SECTOR?

Yes, we really enjoy having those chats we have many years’ experience working with clients from all industry sectors and we can work with you to discuss what you are trying to achieve and make suggestions on what product or products may work for you. If you have a specific budget to work to, we can also factor that in as well.

IF I SEE A PRODUCT ELSEWHERE THAT IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE, CAN YOU STILL SUPPLY?

It is always worth asking the question because in the majority of cases we will be able to source and supply the same product or offer you a direct equivalent.

ARE PRICES QUOTED INCLUSIVE OR EXCLUSIVE OF VAT?

All prices quoted are quoted exclusive of vat.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY I CAN ORDER?

Minimum quantities vary from product to product. Most minimum quantities are stated on our website if the minimum order quantity is higher than you need it is always worth a conversation to see if there are any alternatives that we can offer with lower minimum quantities.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF WITH MY ORDER?

Yes, we will in the majority of cases supply you with a pdf proof that will need to be approved before production commences. If a pre-production factory proof is required, we can discuss this and include the cost in your initial quotation.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times vary from product to product, lead times are always quoted based on the time to deliver your order when your proof has been approved and not from when your order is placed. If you have a specific deadline to work towards, please discuss this with us and if there are any concerns meeting this deadline, we will always let you know, in many cases there are alternatives available that can be supplied to meet your deadline, so it is always worth a chat.

DO YOU OFFER AN EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE?

We do offer a small selection of promotional products with an express delivery service, if you have a specific urgent requirement, please call us on 01803 500050 and we can discuss options available.

CAN YOU SUPPLY SAMPLES?

Yes, we can supply a plain sample. For the majority of products there will be no charge to supply samples, however some samples may be chargeable, we can quote for any chargeable samples at the time of your enquiry.

WHAT METHOD OF PRINT DO YOU DO?

We do all types of print. The method of print varies from product to product and is dependent on logo, artwork being used and the product that is being branded. We do pad printing, screen printing, dye sublimation, digital printing, litho printing, heat transfer, laser engraving, embossing, debossing, embroidery and many more.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPOT COLOUR AND FULL COLOUR?

Artwork that uses spot colours are made up of solid Pantone colours. Spot colour printing is often used when it is a solid logo or solid text that is being printed. When printing spot colour we will require your artwork as a vector file. This is where text and graphics are converted to outlines or curves to ensure sharp reproduction at any size. If your logo is not supplied as a vector file, we can normally convert for you. There may be a charge if the logo is complex. We will always notify you of any charges prior to converting to vector files. We can print to any pantone colours stated or agree pantone colours to be used.

Full colour print is when a logo or artwork is produced using cyan, magenta, yellow and black (cmyk) any variation of colour can be achieved with full colour print as well as gradients, tints and special effects. Some products can only be printed spot colour and some can only be printed full colour. We are always happy to suggest the best option at quotation stage and upon site of a copy. Please note when supplying artwork in cmyk format high resolution logos need to be supplied which means the resolution needs to be typically 300dpi at the size of branding required.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

We will send you a pro forma invoice which will need to be paid before production commences, we are happy to discuss any credit account applications when a number of orders have been completed. All credit accounts will be at the discretion of 1Vision Print.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR BANK DETAILS TO MAKE PAYMENT?

Our bank details are included on the bottom of all our invoices.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, we do accept most major credit cards, unless requested we will always assume payment will be made by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card please let us know when you place your order and we will include a secure payment link for credit card payment when we send you the pro forma invoice.

IS CARRIAGE INCLUDED FOR ORDERS?

We will always supply a quotation prior to any order being placed and each quotation will state the price of carriage or if carriage is included. If delivery is required to split addresses, please ask and we will advise costs. We can also deliver outside of the UK if required please notify us at quotation stage so we can confirm the extra charge for carriage.
